What this call funds
This is a recognition prize, not a project grant. It rewards a mid-career woman scientist from a sub-Saharan African country associated with EDCTP for her past scientific leadership and contribution to strengthening health research capacity in sub-Saharan Africa. The winner receives a one-off EUR 15,000 cash award with no reporting on how the money is spent.
