What the Service is
The Service helps you discover open EU and national calls for non-dilutive funding, matches them against your profile, and lets you request an eligibility assessment or a free call with our grant team. It is an information and matching tool.
No guarantee of funding or eligibility
Grant data is aggregated from public sources (including the EU Funding & Tenders Portal and Cordis) and curated by us. We work to keep deadlines, amounts and links accurate, but we do not warrant that every detail is current or error-free — official call documentation is always the authoritative source. Matches, scores and eligibility assessments are indicative guidance, not legal, financial, or tax advice, and do not guarantee that you will be eligible for or awarded any funding. Always verify against the official call before you rely on it.
Your account
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your login credentials secure. You must be authorised to act on behalf of any company you register. Don't misuse the Service, attempt to disrupt it, scrape it at scale, or use it to break the law.
Paid services
Some services — such as a done-for-you eligibility assessment or grant-writing support — are delivered by our team and may be subject to a separate written engagement and fees agreed in advance. Nothing on the Service constitutes a binding offer until confirmed in such an engagement.
Intellectual property
The Service, its content and its design are owned by Dealflow.eu or its licensors. Public grant data remains subject to the terms of its original sources. You keep ownership of the information you submit and grant us the licence needed to operate the Service for you.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is", and Dealflow.eu is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for decisions you make based on information in the Service. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Changes and termination
We may update the Service and these terms; the "last updated" date reflects the current version. We may suspend or terminate access for misuse. You can stop using the Service and request account deletion at any time.
