The idea is yours. The partners are missing.
Horizon Europe · Eurostars · Interreg · EU partnerships
Collaborative calls are scored on the partnership as much as the idea: the right coordinator, the right research partner, a real route to market. We build that consortium with you, from a network we can show you.
Written with the Dealflow grant team, who hold Horizon Europe funding of their own

01 The network, as data
The winner data is not a brochure claim — it powers the "who wins this call" panels on every grant page of this site. Open any collaborative call and look ›
02 What a scoring consortium needs
Evaluators score the partnership as hard as the idea. Four roles have to be real.
- Coordinator
- Runs the project and the paperwork — evaluators check it has done so before
- Research partner
- An RTO or university that carries the scientific credibility
- Industry / SME partners
- The route to market — who exploits the results, and how
- End user or pilot site
- Proof someone wants the outcome enough to test it
03 How the search runs
Map the call's demands
Countries, organisation types, roles — read out of the call text and the topic's winner data, before any name is discussed.
Shortlist and approach
Candidates from Dealflow's network and from the organisations that already win this topic. Warm approaches, not cold emails from an unknown address.
Roles, work packages, budget split
Evaluators score whether the partnership can deliver. Each partner gets a role and a budget share that make sense on paper because they make sense in reality.
Keep it aligned to submission
Partners drift: commitments, letters, budget signatures. We chase them so you don't, through to the submitted proposal.
Start the search before the call opens
Partner search takes weeks, not days. A free call maps what your call demands and whether the network holds it.
