What this call funds
This is a recognition prize, not a research grant. It rewards individual mid-career scientists who have already made outstanding contributions to global health research in Africa, with a EUR 15,000 cash prize for one man resident in a sub-Saharan African EDCTP member country. There is no project to propose - applicants submit proof of past achievements for evaluation by an expert jury.
