What this call funds
This is a recognition prize, not a research grant. It gives a one-off EUR 50,000 award to an individual who has already made an outstanding personal contribution to clinical development of products for poverty-related diseases and to building health research partnerships between Africa and Europe. It doesn't fund new project work, only recognises past achievements.
