    What this call funds

    This call funds projects that build or strengthen ongoing dialogue between national, regional and local governments plus civil society, business and other stakeholders on climate and energy policy. The goal is better coordination and information-sharing so that National Energy and Climate Plans (NECPs) are more effectively implemented, updated and reported on. Only one project will be funded, covering 6 to 10 EU Member States, with a strong focus on institutionalising lasting dialogue structures rather than building new digital tools.

    A consortium of public authorities, policy networks or civil-society organisations experienced in multilevel energy and climate governance, able to coordinate stakeholders across at least 6 to 10 EU Member States.
