What this call funds
This call funds projects that test and demonstrate new housing-first approaches to ending homelessness, combining permanent housing with green, climate-friendly building upgrades and social support services. Projects must pilot at least three approaches in three different neighbourhoods across different countries, working directly with homeless people to design solutions, and build a common way to measure how well these approaches work compared to traditional methods.
