Transaction Costs Support for social finance intermediaries
Transaction Costs Support for social finance intermediaries · ESF-PJG
What this call funds
This call gives grants to financial intermediaries that make risk-capital investments (equity, quasi-equity, or hybrid finance) under EUR 1 million into social enterprises and mission-driven businesses. The grant covers transaction costs like due diligence, legal fees, travel, and impact measurement setup, which otherwise make small investment tickets uneconomical. The goal is to unlock capital flow into the social enterprise sector by removing the cost barrier for small deals.
