What this call funds
This EU defence fund call finances projects that boost EU production capacity for key military platforms and end-products such as artillery, armoured vehicles, aircraft, drones, missiles, radars, naval systems, firearms and satellite payloads. It supports reinforcing manufacturing capabilities like forging, machining, composites, sub-systems, and assembly to reduce supply chain risk and increase Europe's ability to produce these systems quickly and securely. Projects can optionally include work to physically and digitally secure the production sites themselves against threats like drones and cyberattacks.
