What this call funds
This EU Defence Fund call supports European and Ukrainian industry in rapidly scaling up production of missiles, ammunition and bombs, especially to supply Ukraine faster. It funds joint EU-Ukraine filling plants and production lines, expansion of manufacturing capacity for air defence, deep-strike and loitering munitions systems, and optional security upgrades to protect these production sites from drone and cyber threats. The goal is shorter delivery times, higher output, and more resilient, cross-border defence manufacturing.
