What this call funds
This LIFE call funds projects that make it easier and cheaper to renovate buildings for energy efficiency, either by scaling up business models that stimulate renovation demand and reduce costs (Scope A), or by improving the tools used to certify and track building energy performance like Energy Performance Certificates and Renovation Passports (Scope B). Projects must test their solutions in real buildings and show how they will increase renovation rates, reduce costs, and cut energy use and emissions.

Who wins this
A consortium of at least three organisations from three different countries working in the building renovation value chain (e.g. construction companies, energy service providers, public authorities or financial institutions) who want to pilot scalable renovation business models or improve EPBD-related information tools.
