What this call funds
This LIFE call funds projects that tackle household energy poverty in Europe, either by helping public authorities build long-term coordination structures to address energy poverty (Scope A), or by supporting the renovation of multi-apartment buildings occupied by low-income, energy-poor residents to reduce heating and cooling costs and improve health and comfort (Scope B). Projects should also address summer heat-related energy poverty where relevant and ensure residents can stay in their homes after renovation.

Who wins this
A consortium of public authorities, housing organisations, civil society or research bodies from at least three EU countries proposing either a national/regional energy-poverty coordination structure or a concrete multi-apartment building renovation programme targeting energy-poor households.
