What this call funds
This call funds the creation or expansion of One-Stop Shops that help private building owners go through the whole process of a clean energy renovation - from technical assessment to finding contractors, arranging financing, and quality-checking the finished work. The goal is to make it easy and trustworthy for homeowners, landlords or small businesses to actually invest in energy efficiency and renewable heating/cooling, with pilot projects that trigger real first investments and can eventually scale without needing ongoing public subsidy.
