    What this call funds

    This call funds projects that set up practical financing schemes to attract private money into energy efficiency projects, potentially combined with renewable energy and storage. The goal is to make energy efficiency investments more attractive to banks and investors by piloting new financing mechanisms like blended finance, guarantees, on-bill financing, or green bonds, and to have them operational and ready to scale by the end of the project.
