What this call funds
This call funds national projects that set up or update a country-level platform bringing together government, training providers, and industry to close the skills gap for energy efficiency and clean energy jobs in construction and renovation. Funded activities include mapping skills gaps, producing a national roadmap with concrete upskilling actions endorsed by stakeholders, and running a large public awareness campaign to attract and train more people into these professions.

A single organisation or group of applicants from one eligible country (or covering several eligible countries) with strong ties to national public authorities, training providers and construction/energy sector stakeholders, capable of running a multi-year platform, skills analysis and large-scale communication campaign.

- Only open to specific eligible countries not yet having updated their national skills platform and roadmap (Belgium, Cyprus, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, Germany, Latvia, Luxembourg, Malta, Portugal, Slovenia, Sweden, Iceland, Moldova, North Macedonia, Montenegro, Ukraine); only one platform per country will be supported; indicative EU contribution EUR 1-1.5 million; communication campaign should represent at least 30% of project resources; proposals must include letters of support from national stakeholders.
