    What this call funds

This grant pays for the groundwork needed to design a large-scale climate strategy proposal, such as national energy and climate plans, climate adaptation strategies, city climate-neutrality plans, or low-carbon economy roadmaps. It doesn't fund the implementation itself, but rather the preparation work to build a strong follow-up proposal that coordinates funding and stakeholders around one of these strategic plans.

climate adaptation · renewable energy · regional development · smart cities · carbon capture

    Who wins this

Public authorities or organisations coordinating national, regional or city-level climate strategies who need support preparing a large-scale integrated project proposal involving multiple stakeholders and funding sources.
