    What this call funds

This call funds innovation projects that tackle homelessness by coordinating social infrastructure and services (healthcare, education, employment, community integration) at the neighbourhood level, rather than just providing housing. Projects must test and validate their approach in at least five neighbourhoods across different countries, generating evidence and guidance that other regions can reuse to structurally reduce chronic homelessness.
