    What this call funds

This call funds projects that develop a practical, repeatable method for cities and regions to find and reuse empty, outdated or underused buildings and land - like vacant offices or brownfields - to meet local community needs. Teams need to test their approach in at least three different neighbourhoods (urban, peri-urban and rural) across different countries, working closely with local communities, and show the social, environmental and economic value of reusing these spaces instead of building new.
