Understanding capital market dynamics for increased investment in New European Bauhaus projects in neighbourhoods
Beautiful, inclusive and sustainable neighbourhoods for communities · HORIZON-RIA · Needs partners
What this call funds
This call funds research and innovation projects that study why it's hard to attract investment into neighbourhood-transformation projects aligned with the New European Bauhaus, and then design practical financing solutions to fix that gap. Projects should analyse both sides of the capital market (investors and project promoters), then create innovative investment mechanisms—like community co-investment platforms or blended finance approaches—that can mobilise different types of capital toward these projects. Solutions must be tested in at least three different countries.
