What this call funds
This call funds projects that help neighbourhoods plan for the very long term (20+ years) by developing a participatory foresight method. Local residents, authorities and experts work together to imagine future scenarios and set measurable goals so neighbourhoods can adapt to demographic, economic, cultural and climate change. The approach must be tested in at least three neighbourhoods across different countries, with results shared to guide other local authorities.
