What this call funds
This call funds pilot projects that test new ways for citizens, local officials, cultural groups, and other neighbourhood actors to jointly govern the green transition of their neighbourhoods. Projects must run demonstrations in at least ten neighbourhoods across at least three countries, using digital tools and inclusive processes to give people (and nature) a voice in climate, biodiversity, and pollution decisions. The end goal is practical guidance and policy recommendations for scaling up these participatory governance models.
