What this call funds
This call funds development of an AI tool that can rapidly analyze complex food chemistry data (the 'foodome') to identify, characterize, and quantify the huge number of chemicals present in food beyond the small set currently known. It also supports building a European research network on food exposome research linking academia, research infrastructures, and industry.
