    What this call funds

    This call funds research projects on livestock microbiomes, aiming to improve animal health, reduce antibiotic use, and protect the environment by studying how the microbiome connects animals, humans, and ecosystems (One Health approach). Projects should develop monitoring tools, risk models for disease and antimicrobial resistance, and practical strategies for farmers and industry. Two large collaborative research projects will be funded with a total budget of nearly 12 million euros.
