What this call funds
This call funds projects that help local urban food entrepreneurs and start-ups grow by building incubators, accelerators, mentorship programmes, and better access to investment. The aim is to create connected, resilient, and inclusive food innovation ecosystems across European cities that support healthier diets and climate-smart, circular food solutions. Projects should pilot these support systems locally and then scale them across different EU regions.

A number of non-EU/non-Associated Countries that are not automatically eligible for funding have made specific provisions for making funding available for their participants in Horizon Europe projects.
