    What this call funds

    This call funds projects that develop practical ways to collect, sort and recycle old shoes so they don't end up in landfill. It supports testing new technologies, digital tools like AI and product passports, and new business models to make the footwear industry more circular. The goal is to give consumers, brands, and waste managers better tools to reuse and recycle footwear materials while cutting pollution from hazardous chemicals and microplastics.
