This call funds a project to help European experts, especially from SMEs, research institutes, open-source communities and academia, take part in and lead global digital standard-setting (like 3GPP or ISO/IEC). It will pay for a support facility that funds experts to participate, hosts international standardisation meetings in Europe, produces analysis of standardisation gaps and emerging tech needs, and runs awareness and training activities on standardisation.
