What this call funds
This call provides grant support linked to EIB framework loans for public infrastructure and investment projects that help EU regions manage the shift to climate neutrality. It funds a broad range of sustainable investments like renewable energy, green mobility, energy efficiency, circular economy, ecosystem restoration, social infrastructure, and reskilling programs in territories covered by an approved Territorial Just Transition Plan. Fossil fuel projects, nuclear plant construction/decommissioning, and tobacco-related activities are excluded.
