    What this call funds

This call funds large, multi-year strategic projects that help regions or countries fully carry out their official environmental plans, such as circular economy roadmaps, waste management plans, river basin or flood management plans, air quality plans, or noise action plans. Rather than doing all the work itself, the project should catalyse implementation, bring in other public and private funding, and build long-term capacity among authorities and stakeholders to keep delivering after the project ends.

circular economy · waste recycling · water management · environmental monitoring · pollution control · regional development

    Who wins this

Public authorities or organisations coordinating national or regional environmental plans (circular economy, waste, water, air, or noise) who can lead a large, multi-year, multi-stakeholder project to drive that plan's full implementation.
