What this call funds
This call funds the development of a secure, resilient digital system (including a mobile app) to manage military mobility permits and clearances across borders, so armed forces can move faster and more securely even when communication systems are partially down. It covers everything from studies and design through prototyping, testing, qualification and certification. Strong encryption and tracking/monitoring features are required to protect sensitive movement data.
