What this call funds
This call funds projects that develop smarter, more sustainable ways to maintain and repair existing buildings so they last longer and have less environmental impact. It wants a predictive maintenance decision-support tool plus practical repair packages that are tested on real buildings, including a heritage building and a social/affordable housing project, in three different countries. The goal is to reduce the need for new construction, cut waste and emissions, and make maintenance less disruptive for residents.
