Europe-wide environmental benchmarking system of the industrial bioeconomy sectors
Call 01 - single stage (2027) · HORIZON-CSA · Needs partners
What this call funds
This call funds a coordination project that will build a Europe-wide system for tracking and comparing the environmental performance of bio-based industrial techniques (like paper, bio-based chemicals, bioplastic recycling, and bioremediation). The project must create a forum of experts and industry stakeholders to collect and assess data on emerging techniques and feed this into existing EU monitoring systems. It does not fund product development, only knowledge-gathering and benchmarking infrastructure.
bioeconomy · circular economy · environmental monitoring · sustainable materials · waste recycling · pollution control
Who wins this
A consortium including research organisations, industry representatives, and public bodies with expertise across the bioeconomy supply chain, capable of convening a multi-stakeholder forum to collect and assess environmental performance data.
