What this call funds
This scheme funds individual postdoctoral researchers to carry out a research project abroad, either within Europe or with a stint in a non-European country, hosted by a university or company. It aims to boost the researcher's skills, career prospects and international network, while also strengthening the hosting organisation's research capacity. Fellowships last one to two years and can include short secondments elsewhere or a placement in industry at the end.
