What this call funds
This call funds staff exchange projects where researchers and innovation staff temporarily move between organisations in academia, industry, and other sectors to share knowledge and build skills. Partner organisations second and host each other's staff on joint research projects that cross countries, sectors, and disciplines. The goal is stronger international networks, career development for staff, and better transfer of ideas between academia and business.
