What this call funds
This scheme funds organisations to design and run talent recruitment programmes for postdoctoral researchers, aiming to give them attractive career prospects and combat brain drain in Europe. Funding covers a first phase where the EU pays for the researcher's salary and research costs, followed by a second phase fully funded by the host institution with nationally competitive salaries. The goal is to help institutions build fairer, more transparent researcher recruitment and career progression systems.
