What this call funds
This call funds research and development of next-generation hardware for virtual and augmented reality experiences, such as advanced headsets, wearable haptic devices, sensors, actuators, and brain-computer interfaces. The goal is to create fully immersive, multi-sensory experiences that blur the line between physical and digital worlds, with attention to energy efficiency and inclusivity. Projects should build and test integrated prototype devices demonstrating real-world usefulness in industrial or societal scenarios.
