What this call funds
This call funds a coordination project that connects artists, cultural organisations, scientists and citizens to raise public awareness about soil health and get more people involved in protecting and restoring soil. The project will build a network, run awareness campaigns, organise public festivals, and re-grant a portion of its budget to smaller local or regional projects doing similar creative soil-awareness work across Europe.

General conditions General conditions 1. Admissibility conditions: described in Annex A and Annex E of the Horizon Europe Work Programme General Annexes Proposal page limits and layout: described in Part B of the Application Form available in the Submission System 2. Eligible countries: described in Annex B of the Work Programme General Annexes A number of non-EU/non-Associated Countries that are not automatically eligible for funding have made specific provisions for making funding available for their participants in Horizon Europe projects. See the information in the Horizon Europe Programme Guide. International organisations with headquarters in a Member State or associated country are exceptionally eligible for funding. If eligible for funding, legal entities established in non-associated third countries may exceptionally participate in this Coordination and support action as a beneficiary or affiliated entity. The following additional eligibility criteria apply: Proposals must apply the multi-actor approach. See definition of the multi-actor approach in the introduction to this Mission. 3. Other eligibility conditions: described in Annex B of the Work Programme General Annexes 4. Financial and operational capacity and exclusion: described in Annex C of the Work Programme General Annexes Award criteria, scoring and thresholds are described in Annex D of the Work Programme General Annexes Submission and evaluation processes are described in Annex F of the Work Programme General Annexes and the Online Manual Indicative timeline for evaluation and grant agreement: described in Annex F of the Work Programme General Annexes Beneficiaries should provide financial support to third parties. The support to third parties can only be provided in the form of grants.The maximum amount to be granted to each third party is EUR 150 000. This should allow projects and initiatives to have the appropriate scale and ambition needed to achieve the objectives of the actions described under the scope. The financial support to third parties should not exceed 40% of the EU funding. 6.
